Our tooling department is capable of producing soft and hard tools to our own designs or in line with our customers specifications. The range of tools varies to suit our presses, which range from 50 tonnes to 800 tonnes. The tools can be blanking, forming or piercing tools.

1 x Hartford VMC 1600 3 axis Machining Centre - fitted with Mitsubishi Meldasmagic 64m CNC Controls and a 32 station tool changer.

1 x Eumach FBE 2600 3½ axis Machining Centre - fitted with Heidenhain CNC Controls, automated inspection facility and a 24 station automatic tool changer.
