Chasestead are equipped to offer the marine market a wide range of fittings. With in-house design we can take your concept and value engineer it through to production. With vast experience from simple hinges or cleats through to full jet ski launch systems.
Our modern technology of lasers and machining in conjunction with your concepts can be utilised on all fittings including ladders, locks, fairleads, manifolds, seating, floor trims and much more. Low cost casting methods can be implemented into your requirements and quality maintained avoiding the need to source overseas.
We are also able to offer aluminium assembly that can be used to build everything from your floor reinforcements to washing machine stands.
Produced in high quality 316 stainless steel tube, your pulpits and handrails are assembled on a rigid jig and laser checked for accuracy. Utilisation of our CNC tube manipulation equipment allows us to accurately produce your flowing form designs that are essential in the manufacture of these elegant components.
Our product range includes pulpits, handrails, radar masts and internal fittings. Your fittings will have a choice of finishes including mirror and grained for stainless steel produced in-house. Paint and plastic coatings, as well as coloured anodised aluminium are also available.
Marine Fabrications
Typically, fairleads and cleats can be either fabricated from billet material or assembled utilising our unique die casting system that produces unrivalled quality castings in certified material; something that can’t always be guaranteed when buying from abroad.
When completed, the parts are polished to a mirror finish in-house.
We produce a wide range of brackets and floor trims that are fabricated from laser cut blanks, assembled on jigs for accuracy and finally polished.
Marine Tubular Parts
We have made substantial investment in CNC tube manipulation equipment that allows us to accurately produce flowing forms that are essential in the manufacture of these elegant components. Always produced in high quality 316 stainless steel tube, we form-weld and polish to a mirror finish. Pulpits and handrails are assembled on a rigid jig and laser checked for accuracy.
